"Culinary masterpiece" to spaghetti, fetucini and rice | 2 tablespoon |
Pasta from durum wheat | 400 g |
Vegetable or olive oil | 4 tablespoon |
Cow's milk or broth from spaghetti | 220 ml |
Cheese hard | 150 g |
Recipe:
Boil spaghetti to the state of "al dente" (not overcooked or stick to the teeth), discarded in a colander. If there is no milk at hand, leave the decoction of spaghetti for extinguishing.
In a frying pan, warm the oil well, add boiled spaghetti and seasoning "To spaghetti, fettuccini and rice", fry with stirring for 30 ... 60 seconds. Add the broth or milk, simmer with slow boiling for 10-15 minutes, until the liquid evaporates.
