"Culinary masterpiece" for fish | 1 tablespoon |
Olive oil | 1 tablespoon |
Dijon Mustard (or any other) | 1 tablespoon |
Fillet of white fish | 750 g |
Carrots | 1 pcs. |
Parmesan grated | 3 tablespoon |
Juice of one lemon | 1 pcs. |
Recipe:
Wash the fish and dry it with a paper towel.
For lemon dressing: mix lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, spices and shave with a fork. Apply a fish filling on both sides and place it in a baking pan. Pour the fish with the rest of the filling, sprinkle it with grated carrots and cheese on top.
Bake at 180 ° C for 12 minutes, or until the bits of the fish can easily be separated by a fork from the bone.
