Chicken meat without skin and bones | 1 kg |
Vegetable oil or olive oil | 8 tablespoon |
Drinking water or broth | 220 ml |
Boiled rice or noodle for garnish | 600 g |
Recipe:
Clean chicken meat from the skin and bones, rinse thoroughly, cut into small pieces.
